Return Policy
All returns are subject to evaluation of situation. As we are a product on demand clothing company all products are produced at the time of order. We offer returns on products that have been damaged while in production. We do not hold responsible for damage once product is handed off to shipping party.
Any damage must be reported within 7 days of you receiving your package. After this period, we will offer store credit based on images sent to cruisedollshelp@gmail.com
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to garment being an intimate item we do not except returns one worn. If garment is suspected to have worn your refund will be forfeited. Any stains or garments with any smell from detergent, smoking, perfumes or lotions will forfeit return as well. Any damage to garment will need to be deemed a manufacturing defect to receive full refund.
All accessories robes, sleep mask, underwear, lip gloss, and or slippers can also not be worn for full refund.
All items if returned must be in the same packaging with all packing elements.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are based solely on wrong size scenario.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not with standing the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All damage complaints are subject to receipt of images to start return evaluation process.
All of our products have been thoroughly inspected.
How do I return something?
On The Odd Occasion That You May Want To Return Your Items, We offer returns for product damaged in production within 15 days after your delivery date.
How Do I Start the Returns Process?
- Email us below or at cruisedollshelp@gmail.com to get our latest returns address with your order number.
- Add images showing the defect in your email so we can process your return quicker if deemed a manufacturing caused damage.
- Add a note in your parcel with Name & order number and store credit / Refund Details. (if you do not put a note in your parcel, you will automatically get store credit)
- Send the item back to us with the courier of your choice. We advise tracked shipping.
- If you are prompted to add the parcel value, please put the item value of the parcel as $50 or over. If this is not done, we may not be able to accept your return.
