Delivery

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 2 to 3 days to process an order, after which it’s shipped out. This can also vary based on the product order quantity and the method of shipping chosen at time of check out. 

Orders placed after 6 pm CST will be fulfilled the following business day. All orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday as we are closed on weekends.

The shipping time depends on your location, and any unforeseen weather conditions but can be estimated as follows:

• USA: 2-8 business days

We can ship outside the USA, but please be advised the shipping rates are set by the parcel carrier.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAXES

Cruise Dolls LLC is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
